PPC´s Christmas direction into the greener future

The Sustainability development and goals gained the TOP importance and became a part of the vision of our company in 2021. These priorities are also driving the allocation of the PPC´s Christmas budget this year, which will be used for support of the Forest Generation project.

In the year 2021 our company became a certified ClimateCare partner. We are strongly focused on the goal to reduce the carbon footprint in the manufacturing plants by the implementation of the improvements and needed changes. Apart from that, within the Earth Day and Arbor Day celebrations we planted in the factories of PPC ČAB Slovakia and PPC Santana Brazil the new trees in order to make the area healthier and prettier.

We simply love trees, and we consider their value more than important in the world.

Our Christmas budget will therefore donate to the organization The Generation Forest, which is planting tropical forests, thus fighting against deforestation, and removing CO2 from the atmosphere.

PPC Insulators is taking the challenge to take a part in the renewing of the 1.000.000 m2 of rainforest and protecting the climate. What is important, this organization is not only planting the trees but also managing the project from the long-term perspective. They have 100 years plan for their forest and want to provide a solution accessible to everyone.
